Meet our Pastor

It has been a great joy for our family to be a part of the Waterloo Baptist Church since October, 2008. We have thoroughly enjoyed living in the country and the slower pace of life here in south Georgia. We are so glad the Lord has brought us here to serve Him and to reach this area for the cause of Christ. It is my desire as pastor that we grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and that we will do much to bring honor and glory to Him.

We live in a world that is constantly changing. Some of the changes are very good and some are not. The greatest solace that we have as Christians is that Jesus never changes and He is our dependable source of help in every situation we face. Jesus is the answer for the world that we live in and it is our duty as Christians to get that message to all of those around us.

Christians should be the most loving and caring people on this earth. There are people around us that are in desperate need of the love of Jesus Christ and we are to reach them with that blessed hope. We should reach out to everyone without judging them. We are not to judge – that is the Lord’s business. We are to spread the good news of Jesus Christ and let others know of the great hope and change that He can bring into their lives.

I would like to invite you to come and visit us at Waterloo Baptist Church. I am sure you will enjoy the warm spirit of our services and I promise that our church family will make you to feel right at home. You can visit Waterloo without fear of pressure of what people expect. We are all the same in the eyes of the Lord. We want to point people to Jesus and allow Him to change lives.
